Smart could be someone who learning just comes naturally to and who doesn't have to try to get good grades or someone who works really hard and gets good grades or even grades aren't a factor in being smart. What's on is a generalization and it's just for fun :p
I find it interesting to visit the Tumblrs of those who reblog posts and attach nasty comments re this blog to them, because they usually turn out to be very idiotic and sometimes pornographic blogs. Go figure.
